🪜 Ladder Safety
Key Procedures: Inspect ladders before use, ensure stable footing, maintain three points of contact, never overreach, and always wear non-slip footwear.
Do’s: Place ladders on even surfaces, secure when possible, keep tools in a belt.
Don’ts: Never exceed load rating, don’t stand on the top rung, never move a ladder while in use.

🚚 Pallet Truck Safety
Key Procedures: Check pallet truck for faults, use correct posture, keep loads balanced and stable, move at safe speeds, and never exceed capacity.
Do’s: Wear safety shoes, push rather than pull where possible, communicate in busy areas.
Don’ts: Don’t overload, don’t leave in walkways, never use on unsuitable surfaces.

🔥 Fire Safety
Key Procedures: Know alarm points, evacuation routes, and assembly points. Only use extinguishers if trained and safe to do so.
Do’s: Raise the alarm immediately, assist customers calmly, close doors behind you.
Don’ts: Never use lifts during fire evacuation, don’t re-enter until cleared.
